Yunnan Roasted Tea Ceremony Experience Kit
The fading culture of roasted tea in Yunnan is reborn through modern glasswork. Using the heat-resistant properties of boron glass to replace traditional tile pots, and using its transparency to enhance the performance of roasted tea.
How To Use
1. Preparation rituals
Firstly, the host and guests curtsy.
Secondly, the host lights the fire and heats the water.
2. Putting in tea
Put the prepared tea leaves into the roaster.
3. Roasting tea
Look at the colours, smell the scents and listen to the sounds. Stir the tea leaves with a roasting stick.
4. Boiling tea
Add boiling water to stimulate the aroma of the tea. Quickly invert onto the smelling teacup to collect the aroma.
5. Smelling tea
Listen to the sound of thunder and smell the fragrance. The audience is invited to experience the aroma in its rawest form.
6. Brewing and sharing tea
Two minutes for the first wave, two and a half minutes for the second wave. And so on, no more than 7 times is recommended.
