Overview

From Oct 2024 – May 2025 I interned at HP’s Commercial Design team in Spring, TX as an Industrial Designer and UX Researcher, collaborating with 3+ teams on 10+ production and concept projects. Backed by market research, AI-focused concept studies, and high-quality renderings, I delivered design proposals that informed product decisions and explored future AI opportunities for HP.

Projects I Worked On

AI Education PC Concept

Led end-to-end concept development of a 2030 AI Education PC ecosystem for the U.S. K-12 market—conducting UX research, designing hardware in SolidWorks, crafting UI/UX flows in Figma, and packaging the work into a comprehensive pitch deck.

AI Stylus Concept

Workstation Adaptor Concept

Collaborate with the Innovation Incubation team to design and visualise using SolidWorks and KeyShot and deliver high quality renderings.

Portable Dock Concept

Collaboration with the Innovation Incubation team for visualisation using KeyShot.

Probook Fortis 26-27

Visualized and rendered the 26-27 HP ProBook Fortis Series, supplying high-quality assets for the Design Director’s customer presentation.

Partnered with the CMF team on the 2026-27 ProBook Fortis, testing new material textures and building sophisticated material graphs in KeyShot to produce photorealistic renders, iterating details to refine finish options and align cross-team decisions.

Sub-Branding 26-27

Proposed and explored concepts for HP’s 26 new sub-branding design.

HP Commercial Website Onboarding UX/UI Design Concept

Worked with the UX Innovation team to improve website onboarding: analyzed current site structure, conducted competitive research, rebuilt the information architecture, and delivered Figma wireframes that streamline first-time user flows.
